I had a beauty bar at my house on Monday evening. It was so much fun!!
I made some goodies
Then set up all my makeup, anti-aging skin care, & nutrition and invited some ladies to come try!
It was low key, educational and FUN! Im so enjoying talking to people about changing their products to more pure, safe and beneficial ones!
Makeup was a huge hit on Monday and a few ladies are switching over to Arbonne cosmetics!
If you want to talk products lets chat!

I just love this! Isn’t it true in life that the things holding us down mine as well be strings or unlocked doors. A sideline sister in Arbonne shares a story of her brother locking her in the closest. She cried and screamed for someone to let her out only to find out he had only shut the door but not locked it….
What silly things hold you back. What is your plastic chair or your unlocked closure door?
Mine is the phone! Funny right, but when it comes to calling a client it weights 10 lbs and a scary monster and the person who is on the other end is going to think I’m weird, silly etc. But ya know what its a plastic chair!! Its a “locked” door!
Kicking over my chair and I’m coming out of the closet 😛
What a fun weekend! Friday afternoon was full of Arbonne and chai tea! Friday night Andrew called me as I was leaving Pismo and said I could swing by where he was working and then he’d take me to dinner 😀
Panda Express two Fridays in a row. Not glamorous but he loves it and they have some healthy options for us both.
Saturday I got in a walk with my friend Julie and then hung out and got more work done at this cute, eclectic, cozy coffee shop in Orcutt called 6 Degrees!
I had you guessed it Chai tea and a yummy cinnamon roll! I savored every bit over the course of an hour or so. Nice to take it slow 😛
My poor car has been so neglected in the cleaning department so I gave her a good wash….Well the car wash did
Saturday night was girls movie night in San Luis Obispo! Love this new group of girl friends! We saw Baby Momma (SO funny!) and snacked on popcorn, fruit, veggies, cookies and wine 😛
I got home way later than planned but it was so much fun!
Sunday morning after doing some cleaning Andrew and I met my friend Paige and her hubby and our friend Adrienne for church in the park and a yummy BBQ lunch
Ended Sunday with a nap and grocery shopping 🙂

I had yesterday (and today) off from nannying. Can just say it was glorious to sleep in until 7!!!
I did my hour of personal growth and then made myself a shake
Mango, strawberry, turmeric, water and Arbonne vanilla protein powder
Then I headed off to an appointment with my financial advisor and to run some errands.
Lunch was at 11:30
Broccoli and cheese quiche and half a yam 😀
Mid afternoon after a NAP I had two fitchews
One caramel and one coco cabana
Dinner was yummy chicken and pretzle roll sandwich’s at a networking event! I also had a few bites of a broccoli salad, BBQ chips and a yummy chocolate chip cookie!
A great day of rest, yummy food and networking
As everyone who becomes an intuitive eater does, you start facing and accepting “bad” foods.
Last week I met a client at an ice cream shop!!! I was so anxious freaked out. I couldn’t even choose a flavor. I hadn’t had any processed sugar since May! I asked the girl scooping the ice cream her favorite flavor and asked for a small dish of that….I ate it and didn’t die. I had a sugar headache and knew next time maybe Ill only need to eat a bite or two.
Today I conquered another fear…chocolate
I ate some Hershey chocolate and I am ok. Im not craving more. I gave myself 150% permission to eat some and moved the heck on.
So fears are being abolished. Food is being put in its proper place and Im feeling free!

Every now and then I write about one of my favorite Arbonne products- This week Fit chews! Yummy little tummy fillers!
Right now they come in 5 flavors- chocolate, lemon, caramel, peppermint chocolate, & cococabanana (my favorite! )
They are the size and texture of salt water taffy but much better for you!
All good stuff! Andrew has becomeobsessed with these “candies”

The word “exercise” is so unappealing. And “work out” is even worse. Those words bring up a feeling of duty or punishment.
Movement is my kind of word 😛 I move my body daily and enjoy it when I think of it in a healthy and happy manner. When it isn’t a duty but a joy. When it isn’t a must do but a get to.
My preferred methods of movement are walking, yoga, & hiking. I used to be a runner but I hated it. Took me almost a year of doing it before I said not thanks Im good. Yes I lost weight from it but it was not an enjoyable experience and I dreaded it.
So with all this being said, find your favorite(s) way to move and do it. If it gets boring find something else. Don’t go to the gym because you have to. Dont run because you have to. Don’t lift weights because you have to. Do what ever you want to!
