What I Ate Thursday

I had yesterday  (and today) off from nannying. Can just say it was glorious to sleep in until 7!!!
I did my hour of personal growth and then made myself a shake
Mango, strawberry, turmeric, water and Arbonne vanilla protein powder


Then I headed off to an appointment with my financial advisor and to run some errands.
Lunch was at 11:30


Broccoli and cheese quiche and half a yam 😀

Mid afternoon after a NAP I had two fitchews


One caramel and one coco cabana

Dinner was yummy chicken and pretzle roll sandwich’s at a networking event! I also had a few bites of a broccoli salad, BBQ chips and a yummy chocolate chip cookie!
A great day of rest, yummy food and networking
